The Blood Shed by Christ and What it Accomplishes (Our Atonement; Our Justification; Our Reconciliation; Our Cleaning)

Our Atonement;  Our Justification; Our Reconciliation; Our Cleaning

Our Atonement
Romans 3:25
25  God presented him as a sacrifice of atonement, through faith in his blood.  He did this to demonstrate his justice, because in his forbearance he had left the sins committed beforehand unpunished--

Our Justification, Romans 5:9-11
9   Since we have now been justified by his blood, how much more shall we be saved from God's wrath through him!
10  For if, when we were God's enemies, we were reconciled to him through the death of his Son, how many more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved through his life!
11  Not only is this so, but we also rejoice in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received reconciliation.

Our Reconciliation, Ephesians 2:13-16
13  But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far away have been brought near through the blood of Christ.
14  For he himself is our peace, who has made the two one and has destroyed the barrier, the dividing wall of hostility,
15  by abolishing in his flesh the law with its commandments and regulations.  His purpose was to create in himself one new man out of the two, thus making peace,
16  and in this one body to reconcile both of them to God through the cross, by which he put to death their hostility.

Our Cleaning;  Hebrews 9:4,  I John 1:7, Revelation 7:14,
Hebrews 9:4
4   which had the golden altar of incense and the gold-covered ark of the covenant.  This ark contained the gold jar of jar of manna, Aaron's staff that had budded, and the stone tablets of the covenant.
I John 1:7
7   But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin.
Revelation 7:14
14  I answered, "Sir you know."  And he said, "These are they who have come out of the great tribulation; they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.
